Business Development: Erica Evans launched her career in the self-storage industry in 1998. Her first position was as lead facility manager at a large facility consisting of 1200 units, including Boat & RV Storage. During her employment, she benefited from extensive training with a well-respected property manager who is recognized throughout the nation as an on-going consultant that specializes in self storage exclusively. While there, she became affluent with current lien law requirements and conducted on-site auctions on a regular basis. In 2002, Erica joined Superior Storage Group, where she has focused her efforts on business development, new facility start-up, marketing and daily property management. Erica’s industry experience and excellent work ethic has a direct reflection on Superior Storage Group’s success.
