Property Management: In 2005 Wayne Hawkinson began his career with Superior Storage Group as the facility manager at a large self storage facility in Elk Grove, CA. During his time as facility manager he has gained knowledge of daily operating procedures and a thorough knowledge of California Lien Law. Wayne is responsible for the daily operations, employee training and conducts quarterly auctions. Prior to joining Superior Storage Group, Wayne was a Senior Program/Project Manager for over 25 years within Fortune 500 Corporations where he developed and implemented award winning processes on a global basis. During that time, Wayne was certified as an ISO Lead Auditor, a Purchasing Manager, and a Trainer/Facilitator. Through industry certification programs and participation in annual trade shows, Wayne's knowledge and experience will continue to grow.
