Construction Superintendent: Brent Waters has established himself as an industry expert in the field of self storage construction. Prior to joining Superior Storage Group, he acted as General Superintendent and Project Manager for U.S. Homes, a national home builder. He also worked for Pacific Oak Development, a commercial general contracting firm. While at Superior Storage Group, Brent has taken on and met the various challenges of self storage development and construction, ranging from construction budgets, building permit approvals, site work constraints, and timely project completions. Brent’s attention to detail and countless years of experience, have allowed for Superior Storage Group to achieve successful development of new quality projects.
